Belle Apartments Project was established in the Hunter NDIS trial site in
New South Wales in 2017 and features 10 apartments for people with disability scattered throughout a 110 unit private development.

The apartments include two 1.5-bedroom, six 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom apartments and the development is centrally located close to transport, shops and community facilities. From the outside of the project, the apartments are not distinguishable from neighbouring apartments.

The apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design Guidelines.

A two-way communication system enables tenants to contact support workers in the event of emergency or unplanned support in each apartment. All apartments have built-in wiring and cabling that enables cost effective future installation of home automation.

These Assisted Living apartments feature C-Bus Lighting Control, Integrated HVAC high level interface, SIP Nurse Call, duress from iPad and Wall plates, Motorized Doors, Blinds and Windows, Building WiFi and Integrated building fire system warning.
